Wonderful location close to city centre full of restaurants and places to visit. Clean room and we booked the room for 2 days and our room was cleaned and towels changed the next day.

We've spent here just one night but enough to get the impression. Hotel Pavone has a very good location, near to everything that you need. It was clean and comfortable. But a real highlight was such a friendly personal. The both receptionists are very polite and were open for all our questions. Thank you for the recommendation for the good restaurant that was still open on national holiday. Thank you for your hospitality and warm welcome. We will certainly come back.

The hotel location, on an ideal walking distance from Milan Cathedral & center. The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful all the way ! We could leave our car in a parking space in the next street. We arrived late and still got some food in the nearby sushi-shops. The room was spacious with separate bathroom and traditional Italian furniture. And when we left a boy on a bicycle drove in front of our car with 'Grazie' (thanks) on the back of his shirt ! Coincidence or finesse ?!

The reception staff were very friendly and would always help us out to take a group photo and where possible to facilitate a late check-out without any extra cost. Although it is a small hotel, it is located in a lovely area of Milan that is in walking distance from the shopping centre and some lovely cafes and restaurants. There was air conditioning in the room, toiletries supplied in the bathroom, we couldn't have asked for anything more.

I did like the location and hotel itself! Also they had washer in wc which is used in Azerbaijan too! As normally there is no washer in toilets in EU! I was super happy seeing it in Pavone🥰Feeling like home )))) also, staff was nice and room was good! It took us 10-15 mins to Duomo!

The combination: Friendly hotel professionals, classic room and nice hotel not too far from center, airconditioning, TV + bathroom + cheap Milano rental bike system to bike the city! I used BikeMi service.

That's the only problem I had, the hotel does not provide any breakfast or any drinks. Location was perfect for my needs as I had to use the metro daily. Staff very friendly and well spoken in English, also very helpful.

Perfect for a short trip in Milan. The staff were always avaliable at the reception and the room was perfect. The location was amazing, we didn't need public transport to any of the places in Milan that we wanted to visit and was only a short walk from the Duomo!

The location is perfect, only 15 minutes walking distance to the Duomo. The rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. Yet what makes this property special is the staff! Maria the maid- did everything she could when she learned that I forgot my international charger. She went above and beyond and showed so much care and concern to help the situation until I could find one in the city. Maria at the front desk - is exceptional, super sweet, genuine and so kind with all of my questions for directions regarding the metro, tram and trains. The staff make this property super!

This was a very satisfying hotel for price and location. It is a relatively short and scenic walk to the Duomo di Milano and Cathedral Square, as well as other sites (La Scala and the Castello area).
